The President of the company, Jeff Bailey, has aquired extensive design engineering experience of aerial work platforms and other mobile hydraulic equipment. He started as a Structural Analyst for Simon Aerials & Cranes in the early 90's then moved into design and continued his career at Condor Versalift. In 2000 he founded Man & Material Lift Engineering specializing in custom aerial work platforms and material lifts. He built the company to 50 employees making all types of unique lifting equipment over an 11 year period. In depth working knowledge of the critical safety standards was essential every step of the way. Jeff has been a member of the following standards committees:

• ANSI A92.6 Self-Propelled Elevating Work Platforms
• ISO TC214 International Standard – Elevating Work Platforms
• NFPA 505 Fire Safety Standards for Industrial Truck

• UL558 IC Engine Powered Industrial Trucks

In-house computer based simulation can include accident reconstruction, stability modeling and dynamic motion analysis. Physical testing, accident mock-up with complete instrumentation can be performed to provide a complete description of the event.

An expert opinion from a company with many years of experience backed up with computer simulations and physical testing can provide an extremely compelling case. This is all performed at our Milwaukee, Wisconsin facility.
